Tables and chairs are included and can be set up however you choose. We will meet before the event to discuss setup. White round (seats 8) and rectangular tables (seat 8-10 depending on the set-up) and chairs are available with package. Borrowed linens (black or white) are also available for a fee.
Outside alcohol will not be allowed in the building. Alcohol can be served with the purchase of a package only, which will include a bartender for the event.
Liability Insurance will be required to be purchased for the event. The fee is generally between $150-$250.
Accidents happen. We make every effort to decrease your liability and ours. If something happens, please just let us know and we will work with you on getting repairs. We do require a credit card on file to cover significant damages or missing property.
Smoking or Vaping will not be allowed in the building.
Please throw all of your trash in the trash containers. Please DO NOT put trash in the canisters without a trash bag or overfill trash containers. Extra trash bags are provided.
Remove any décor items that belong to you. Please do not take anything rented or borrowed from HomeTown Venue. There will be charges for any missing items including decorations, linens, chairs.
Please do not hang anything from the walls. There will be a charge for any damage done by using tape, tacks, nails, etc. Even tape can leave a residue that requires painting. Please let anyone helping you decorate know this as well.
If there are any furniture items that you would like to be rearranged, please let us know and we will be happy. to discuss the layout prior to the event. We would prefer to take on that responsibility and not have our guests liable for any heavy lifting of our tables/chairs.
You are welcome to use the fridge to store sheet cakes, non-alcoholic drinks, and food.
The building is handicap accessible on the main floor and does have an accessible bathroom.
We make every effort to answer questions promptly. The quickest way to reach us is by email or leaving a message (479-344-2041). Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. You are welcome to call, but please leave a message if we don't answer and we will return your call as soon as we can. We will have someone on site or able to answer immediately on your event day.
A $500 deposit* is required for all rentals at the time of your booking. The deposit is non-refundable if not cancelled within 90 days of your event. All balances are due 60 days prior to day of the event. We can accept cash, check, or credit card. There will be a fee for all returned checks and booking date will not be held until payment clears. A credit card will be required even if you are not paying with a card to have on file in case of damages or loss of property.
In case of bookings made with a date less than 60 days out, full payment will be required at time of booking.
* The hourly rate booking deposit will be $300, unless booked within 60 days of the event date. In which case the entire fee will be required to be paid.
